Terms and Conditions

Please carefully review the following terms and conditions before consenting to the rental agreement with Timeless Rentals (1000858958 ONTARIO INC.).

1. Booking and Payment

To secure a booking, a deposit must be made in advance via e-transfer to the designated email address

The remaining balance can be paid at any time, provided it is at least 30 days before the event, all deposits are non-refundable but can be used as credit for future services from Timeless Rentals (1000858958 ONTARIO INC.). Except as explicitly stated by Timeless Rentals (1000858958 ONTARIO INC.).

2. Cancellation Policy

Non-Refundable Deposit: The deposit is non-refundable but can be applied as a credit toward any future service or rental within 12 months of the original booking date. Partial Refund for Cancellation: Cancellations communicated at least 30 days prior to the event may receive a partial refund of any payments made (excluding the non-refundable deposit). Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

3. Damage and Responsibility

Renter Liability: The renter is fully responsible for any damage to the rented items during the rental period. In the event of damage, the renter agrees to cover the cost of repair or full replacement at the discretion of Timeless Rentals (1000858958 ONTARIO INC.). Timeless Rentals (1000858958 ONTARIO INC.) will inspect items before and after the rental period. Any damages will be documented and communicated to the renter.

4. Liability Waiver

Assumption of Risk: The renter acknowledges that the use of rented items, including but not limited to inflatable equipment, photo backdrops, arches, and other decorative items, involves inherent risks. The renter voluntarily assumes all responsibility for these risks. By entering this agreement, the renter releases, waives, and discharges Timeless Rentals (1000858958 ONTARIO INC.), its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or injuries that may arise from the use of rented items, regardless of cause, including negligence. The renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Timeless Rentals (1000858958 ONTARIO INC.) from any claims, legal actions, or demands made by third parties arising from the use of rented items.

5. Rental Period

The rental period begins at the agreed-upon start time and ends at the agreed-upon end time as stated in the rental agreement.

Late returns may result in additional fees, determined at the discretion of Timeless Rentals (1000858958 ONTARIO INC.), unless specifically stated otherwise in writing between both parties.

6. Use of Rented Items

Rented items must only be used for their intended purpose and in accordance with any provided instructions.

Any misuse, unauthorized modifications, or improper handling of rented items may result in immediate termination of the agreement and additional fees.

7. Supervision for Minors

For any equipment or items intended for use by minors, the renter acknowledges full responsibility for providing

supervision at all times. Timeless Rentals (1000858958 ONTARIO INC.) bears no liability for injuries or accidents involving minors.

8. Termination of Agreement

Timeless Rentals (1000858958 ONTARIO INC.) reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement at any time due to non-compliance with these terms and conditions, improper use of rented items, or other violations.

9. Entire Agreement

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the renter and Timeless Rentals (1000858958 ONTARIO INC.). Both parties acknowledge and agree to these terms once the renter clicks accept to these terms and conditions.

By proceeding with your rental booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions as set forth by Timeless Rentals (1000858958 ONTARIO INC.).
