We accept a variety of payment methods to make your experience with us convenient. You can pay for your rentals using all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as popular digital payment options such as Apple Pay. We also offer payment plans through afterpay, Klarna, and other services, which allow you to pay in instalments rather than upfront.
Contact us! If you have a specific vision for your special event, we can make it happen. If you see we have the products you want to rent, but not the set up you had planned, contact us via phone, email, social media or our contact form and we can arrange separate set up, pricing, etc. for you.
When you book your rental, select the time you would like it dropped off and enter the location of the event. According to your booking information we will have your rental set up for that time at said location and we will pick it up at midnight. Special arrangements for later or earlier pick up can be made upon request. If you are located outside of city limits your delivery fee will be based off of the distance from our radius, if you are looking to book out of city limits, contact us to make arrangements!
